The Process

  • Transfer the freshly collected waste or legacy waste into the processing unit
  • Separate the RDF (Carbonaceous Material) from other non-value adding (Non-Carbonaceous) material
  • Metals will be separated to be recycling
  • Separation of inert material such as concrete for recycling
  • Separation of Bio-degradable waste for composting
  • Clean the RDF of any debris, e.g. sand, dirt stuck on material.Convert the RDF into a transferrable and dense form to be used in Cement kilns, Thermal Power Stations and Steel industries
